The maximum-intensity lens. For the last 1–2 hours before bed, when filtering matters most.
The evening. Put Noctis on 1–2 hours before bed — when you'd start dimming the lights — and keep it on through the last episode, the last scroll, the last pages. It removes nearly all of the light your circadian system reads as daytime, so melatonin can rise on schedule.
Daytime work. At 20% light transmission with a deep red cast, Noctis is the wrong tool for the desk or anything color-critical. For long workdays you want Solis; for all-day wear with natural color, Lucis. Honest fit beats a bigger cart.

Noctis is a ritual object as much as a lens. On at nine, off when you close your eyes. No app, no habit tracker — a pair of glasses on the nightstand doing one job extremely well.
| Frame material | Hand-polished matte black acetate with stainless-steel five-barrel hinges. Bio-based acetate, plant-derived plasticizers. |
| Weight & dimensions | 24 g. 52-18-145 — 52 mm lens width, 18 mm bridge, 145 mm temples. Unisex medium fit; keyhole bridge sits comfortably on most nose shapes. |
| Lens material | CR-39 optical resin with through-dyed tint — the filtration is in the lens body, not a coating that can wear off. |
| Coatings | Seven layers per lens: anti-reflective front and back, hardening, oleophobic (smudge-resistant) and hydrophobic outer layers. |
| Standards & testing | Designed to meet ISO 12312-1 eyewear safety requirements. |
| In the box | Noctis glasses, black leatherette envelope case with magnetic close, foil-stamped matte black box. |

Lucis in the morning. Solis at the desk. Noctis after dinner.
“The red tint took some getting used to, but I fall asleep noticeably faster now. It's part of my evening routine, like brushing my teeth.”
“They do what they claim. Took about a week to get used to the tint, and I wouldn't wear them for photo editing — but for winding down, they're perfect.”

“Shift work destroyed my sleep schedule. Noctis before bed is the first thing that's actually moved the needle on how fast I fall asleep after a shift.”
“Didn't expect glasses to be the thing that fixed my sleep, but here we are. I put these on around 9pm every night now and I'm actually tired by 10:30 instead of scrolling until 1am.”

“Nurse here, rotating night shifts for six years. Noctis is the first thing that's helped me actually wind down after a 12-hour shift instead of lying awake staring at the ceiling.”
“The red tint is intense at first — my partner laughed at me the first night. Took about two weeks to stop noticing it, but the sleep improvement was worth the adjustment period.”
“I was skeptical a pair of glasses could do anything, figured it was placebo. Held a blue LED flashlight up to them out of curiosity and it basically vanished. That sold me.”
“They work as advertised, blocking light is real. My only gripe is the arms feel a little long for my head shape, they slide slightly. Still wear them every night though because the sleep difference is noticeable.”
“Bought these after my third night of doomscrolling until 2am in a row. Didn't think glasses would fix a phone habit, but pairing them with 'if I have these on I should be winding down, not on my phone' has been surprisingly effective.”
“Solid build, the case is nicer than I expected for the price. Only reason it's not five stars is I wish they came in a smaller frame size — they sit a bit big on my face.”
“My husband has terrible insomnia and I bought these as a slightly desperate last resort. He's fallen asleep faster every night since. Ordering a second pair before he loses this one.”
“The science behind these actually checks out — I looked into melatonin suppression before buying because I'm skeptical of wellness products in general. This isn't wellness fluff, it's just filtering a specific wavelength. Works exactly like it says.”
